Bookings, Cancellations & Vouchers Policy
If you are a casual client, booking for 3 or more people, booking treatments that are longer than 1hr 30min or making a booking in our busy season (Nov - Mar) we will require your credit card details and a 50% non refundable deposit of full treatment price will need to be obtained to confirm your booking. Your credit card will only be charged if you do not show up or cancel an appointment less than 24hrs before scheduled time.
Cancellations within 24 hours or No Shows will incur a 50% fee of treatment cost. Please contact us as soon as you can if you need to reschedule.
Vouchers are non-refundable and not redeemable for cash. They are vaild for 1 year from the date of purchase and must be presented and surrendered on arrival. Vouchers lost or stolen will not be replace or honoured. Cancellations within 24 hours will forfeit 50% of the total value of the voucher. No Shows will forfeit 100% of the voucher.
